PIGEON Cleft Lip Bottle Nipple, Small Size - Use under Pediatrician's Guidance

To benefit babies with cleft lips and palates, this product has been developed under the guidance of Dr. Masaru Tatsuno, MD, from Showa University Medical School. It includes two sizes of nipples and is designed to be used under the supervision of a pediatrician.

The silicone rubber nipple is 100% safe and BPA-free, making it easy for babies to suck. With a Y-cut hole, the nipple is firm on one side and soft on the other, allowing babies to use their tongue and lips to easily squeeze the nipple and drink milk.

The backflow prevention valve, when inserted into the nipple, ensures that milk does not flow back into the bottle while the baby is sucking. This innovative feature enables even babies with weak sucking strength to draw out milk successfully. The vent valve, forming an inverted triangle structure, allows for smooth milk flow and prevents nipple collapse during feeding.

This product is especially useful for transitioning from Regular size to Small size in various situations. It is recommended for low birth weight babies with cleft lips or palates, babies using a Hotz-type plate that reduces the oral cavity volume, and babies recovering from cleft lip surgery who are ready to use a normal nipple.
